Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Made4you reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Full payment must be received before any order is processed and dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Made4you is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for further details.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur, especially for customised or handmade items. Products should always be used in accordance with any care or safety instructions provided.

Limitation of Liability
